We're GuildSteam, a Colorado-based U.S. company that connects global talent with US companies and we are seeking a highly motivated sales and lead generation specialist to help us grow our client base. If you have at least 1 years of experience in cold outreach, email marketing, telemarketing, and CRM tools, wed love to hear from you.

This is a part-time remote role with the opportunity to grow into full-time.

Working Hours (Remote, Fixed Schedule):
12:30am - 4:30am PHT (Philippines time)
(Matching 10:30 AM - 2:30 PM Mountain Standard Time, USA)

Starting Pay:
PHP 5,100 per week

Part time - 20 hours per week

What You'll Be Doing:

• Prospecting leads and building outbound lists

• Cold emailing and follow-up campaigns

• Outbound phone calls (B2B focus)

• CRM and pipeline management

• Helping build and execute sales funnels

Requirements:

• 1+ years experience in lead generation and sales

• Fluent English (verbal and written) 

• Experience preferred with email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Manatal)
• Experience preferred with Lead Generation systems (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io)

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Reliable internet and quiet work environment

Opportunity to Grow:
