POSITION SUMMARY Telemarketers are responsible in reaching out to potential customers/ clients on the phone and offering the services of the company. Their duties include tracking the client contact lists, generating interest through explaining the benefits and advantages of the company’s services or products, and persuade them to purchase our products and services and close sales over the phone. PREREQUISITES: The ideal candidate will be a friendly, caring individual with good cross-cultural sensitivity and a concern for quality and an eye for details. JOB DESCRIPTION - To follow the Managing Director orders for the efficiency of the entire Sales Department- To apply CSI Principal Standards on quality service for Sales.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESConduct outbound calls to prospective clients, with the use of skills in persuasion to promote our services and products effectively.Engage with potential clients in a professional and persuasive manner, clearly explain the benefits, advantages, and features of our offered services.Identify sales leads and collect customer information to assess their needs to tailor the best solutions.Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with potential clients to build professional relationships and increase the likelihood of sales conversions.Maintain accurate and updated records of client interactions to ensure proper documentation and follow ups.Collaborate with sales team to provide qualified leads and coordinate relevant information.Stay updated on market and/or industry trends as well as with competitor offer to put our products and services in a good position in the market.Set appointments and present Company Services to prospect clients.Prepare and submit on time: Weekly Report and Highlights.Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.Coordinate with other departments for any concern obtained from clients to ensure customer satisfaction levels are met and maintained.QUALIFICATIONS:Preferably residing within Metro Manila or nearby cities.Must be a graduate of (4) four-year course in Business Administration in Sales, Marketing Management or equivalent OR (2) two-year Vocational Course GraduateAt least 2 years of working experience in Sales or Telemarketing is REQUIRED for this position.Confident with strong leadership skills.Good communication skills in oral and written.Can start IMMEDIATELY once hired.Janitorial/ Housekeeping/ Manpower with market leads is a plus; PhilGeps/ Government or Private Bidding experience is an advantage.Has the ability to communicate with people in all levels.Must be hardworking and goal oriented.
