Duties and Responsibilities:1. Overseeing a team of account executives to ensure that sales objectives are achieved.2. Setting reasonable sales quotas to be achieved by the sales team.3. Developing long-lasting relationships with new customers.4. Managing existing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.5. Developing and implementing effective account plans to retain existing customers.6. Identifying customer needs and communicating how company products and services fulfill those needs.7. Developing solid sales proposals to convince potential and existing customers to purchase company products and services.8. Collecting customer feedback to determine product and service shortfalls.Qualifications, Skills & Experience:1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration or management, or related field.2. Proven experience working as a senior account executive.3. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.4. Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.5. Excellent leadership and management skills.6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.7. Effective communication skills.8. Exceptional customer service skills.
