You're an experienced Senior Video Editor. You possess a wealth of experience in video editing and post-production, with a demonstrated proficiency in creating dynamic visuals through motion graphics and animations. You demonstrate exceptional proficiency in motion graphics and animations. Armed with expertise in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, you excel in creating captivating visual effects, animations, and motion graphics that enhance video content and engage audiences effectively.

You excel as a collaborative communicator. Whether collaborating with clients, directors, or fellow team members, you exhibit outstanding communication skills and interpersonal finesse. Your ability to interpret creative briefs and translate concepts into compelling visual narratives contributes to the success of every project.

You are a strategic thinker who thrives on delivering creative solutions and exceeding client expectations. Possessing a keen eye for visual storytelling and a commitment to continuous improvement, you play a pivotal role in elevating the quality and impact of our video content across all platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Lead video editing and post-production efforts, with a focus on creating dynamic visuals through motion graphics and animations.
• Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects to design and execute engaging visual effects, animations, and motion graphics for video projects.
• Collaborate closely with clients, directors, and fellow team members to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished video content, incorporating motion graphics, animations, and other visual elements to enhance storytelling and audience engagement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in motion graphics and animation, incorporating new techniques and technologies to continually enhance the quality and creativity of our video content.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering their growth and development in video editing and motion graphics.

What You’ll Bring

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in video editing and post-production, with a focus on motion graphics and animations.
• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Digital Media Arts, Film and Video Production, or a relevant field is a plus.
• Expertise in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of video editing, motion graphics, and animation projects across various platforms and industries.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate creative concepts into compelling visual narratives.
• Detail-oriented approach and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
