Job Description:

As an SEO Specialist/Email Marketer at Support Shepherd, you will be responsible for optimizing our website and emails to improve search engine rankings, increase organic traffic, and enhance customer engagement. You'll utilize various SEO strategies and best practices to improve our online presence and help us reach our target audience effectively. Additionally, you'll be responsible for creating and managing email marketing campaigns to promote our services, engage with our customers, and drive conversions.

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, conversions, and customer retention
• Develop email content and design appealing templates that align with brand guidelines
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize email performance and increase open and click-through rates
• Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving website rankings and organic traffic

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience SEO Specialist and Email Marketer
• Preferred to have experience with a software company
• Experience in website optimization, keyword research, and content optimization
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS for email template customization
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
