Job Description - Talent Acquisition Management Assistant

Description

Position at First Sumiden Circuits, Inc.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or any related course.
Training or certification in Talent Acquisition or HR Management is an advantage
At least 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition
Hands-on experience in end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, screening and interview coordination.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), online job portals and MS Office applications.
Exposure to coordination with hiring managers, external recruitment agencies or vendors is preferred.
