Job Description - Teppanyaki Chef

1. Create and execute teppanyaki dishes for customers in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.2. Ensure that the kitchen is clean and organized, and that all equipment is properly maintained and functioning.3. Monitor inventory levels of food and cooking supplies, and place orders as needed to ensure sufficient stock levels.4. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to develop new menu items and improve existing dishes.5. Communicate effectively with servers and other staff to ensure that customer orders are prepared correctly and delivered promptly.6. Ensure that all food is prepared safely and in compliance with health and safety regulations.7. Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff, ensuring that they are able to perform their duties effectively and efficiently.
