Our organization is seeking a passionate and driven Brand Marketing Lead to bolster our brand's growth within the Philippine market. We are looking for a seasoned professional who excels at creating and implementing successful marketing strategies. This role calls for a mix of strategic planning, market research, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to support and enhance brand growth within the Philippine market.
• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify opportunities and challenges within the market.
• Plan and execute large-scale brand sponsorship and offline marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including media, influencers, and partners.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of marketing experience in the smartphone industry is essential.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful large-scale sponsorship and offline marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
• Fluency in English and Filipino.
