DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, execution, and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities Developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketingobjectives and managing the Trade Marketing budget Developing of viable marketing plans and programs for offering competitive pricing,conceptualizing, implementing tailor-fitted promotional efforts for all brands Finds the promotional regions’ strong and weak points and suggests improvements toperformance Analyzes market situation, changes and factors contributing to situation which may affectcompany objectives Ensures the promotion and advertising are carried out according to customer potentials andneeds Visiting the points of sale regularly to ensure that the brand is visible, and guidelines arerespected Use market intelligence and customer insight and analysis to increase understanding of ouraudiences and effectiveness of our campaigns Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customerconversions, and generate more qualified leads Customer attrition rate low and retention rate high Sales Revenue (target vs. achieve) Customer Acquisition Cost (total sales & marketing investment vs. no. of customer acquired) Average order value (AOV) Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) - ex. Php 100 earning for every Php 50 spent onadvertising campaign, meaning ROAS is 100:50.QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION AND TRAININGS Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field At least 5 years’ experience in Trade Marketing Proven success in designing interactive applications and networking platformsSKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Must have strong communication & interpersonal skills Must have strong analytical skills and comfortable dealing with numerical data Creative thinker and proactive problem solver Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills Excellent understanding of subscriptions marketing including retention, acquisition, in lifemarketing Business savvy with strong analytical skills Solid customer-service attitude
