Job Description - Account Executive/Business Development - Part-Time

About Outsource Bridge:

Outsource Bridge is a dynamic start-up Virtual Staffing agency specializing in providing top-tier Filipino Virtual Assistants to clients based in the US. We partner with a wide range of industries, including E-commerce, Real Estate, Insurance, Sales and Retail, and other SMEs and start-ups across America, to deliver exceptional outsourcing solutions and support business growth.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager/Account Executive to join our team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients within our target industries, fostering strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through lucrative commission structures, retainers, and client retention incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify potential clients within the US-based E-commerce, Real Estate, Insurance, Sales and Retail, and SME/start-up sectors, through emails, social media, cold outreach, and other
  • Attend Discovery Calls with potential clients, presenting our services and pitching sales with the goals of achieving closed deals.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor analysis, and opportunities for business expansion.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and seamless delivery of services.
  • Monitor client satisfaction, address any issues or concerns, and implement strategies for client retention and upselling.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and best practices to enhance sales strategies and business outcomes.

Secondary Tasks:

  • Since the company is new, you will be doing some cold calling and other cold outreach based on leads collated by the Lead Generation Team which you will be working closely with.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management roles, preferably within the outsourcing, staffing, or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of the US market, with a track record of successfully acquiring and managing clients in E-commerce, Real Estate, Insurance, Sales and Retail, or similar sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional client service.
  • Proficiency in Monday, Dialer, and Google Workspace is a huge plus

Location: Philippines (Work from Anywhere)
