Business Development Associate - Remote Work

Uproot Urban Farms is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely, allowing you to contribute to our mission from anywhere.

Responsibilities: 1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners. 3. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create proposals and pitch presentations. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve targets. 6. Track and analyze sales data to optimize performance and identify areas for improvement. 7. Represent Uproot Urban Farms at industry events and networking opportunities. 8. Provide timely and accurate reporting to management on sales activities and progress.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales. 3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. 4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 5. Strong organizational and time management abilities. 6. Resilient and reliable personality traits. 7. Cooperative and critical thinking skills. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
