Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and adaptable Business Development Associate to join our team at Philippine Airlines. This is a remote work opportunity based in Parañaque, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, we require at least 2 years of experience in business development.
Responsibilities: - Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue growth for Philippine Airlines - Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our customer base and increase market share - Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders - Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and strategies - Present proposals and participate in negotiations to secure new business deals - Monitor and track key performance metrics to evaluate the success of business development initiatives
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Strong strategic planning and analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting - Experience in the airline industry is a plus
