Business Development Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Cebu Pacific Air is seeking a passionate and resourceful Business Development Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As a remote worker based in Taguig, NCR, PH, you will be responsible for assisting in driving the growth and development of our business through various strategic initiatives. This role is suitable for individuals at the Associate level with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and market trends - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients - Assist in the creation and execution of business development strategies - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various projects and initiatives - Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and potential clients - Keep abreast of industry best practices and competitor activities - Provide support in contract negotiations and deal closings

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 2+ years of experience in business development or a related role - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets or business objectives - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting - Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
