• Continuously seek ways to improve data accuracy and efficiency in data collection methods.
Report Creation:
• Develop comprehensive reports for management review, highlighting key metrics and trends.
• Provide weekly reports and monthly comparisons to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Trend Analysis:
• Analyse sales and lead generation data to identify trends and insights.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on data trends to enhance business performance.
Client Management:
• Manage email communication for client cancellations and suspensions.
• Ensure timely and professional responses to client inquiries and requests.
Collaboration:
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and management teams to ensure data-driven decision-making.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy discussions based on data insights.
