Business Development Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Associate to join our team at Wilcon Depot in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As a part-time Associate Level employee with at least 3 years of experience, the ideal candidate will be resourceful, independent, possess strong communication and decision-making skills, and have a passion for driving business growth.

Responsibilities: - Research and identify potential business opportunities - Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement business development strategies - Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts - Attend networking events and conferences to promote the company - Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth - Track and report on business development activities and results

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Proven track record of success in business development or sales - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Willingness to travel as needed
