Business Development Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and reliable Business Development Associate to join our team at Megaworld Corporation in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in business development or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth - Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners - Develop and implement strategies to expand our market reach - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities - Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions for clients - Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and pitches - Monitor and report on sales and business development activities - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in business development or sales - Strong people management skills - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively - Passion for driving business growth and success - Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision
