Business Development Associate

Job Description:

AIDE Home Health Care is seeking a motivated and driven Business Development Associate to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, PH. As a part-time entry-level position, the Business Development Associate will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for our home health care services.

Responsibilities: - Research and identify potential clients and partnerships in the healthcare industry - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders - Assist in creating and implementing business development strategies - Attend networking events and conferences to promote the company - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Prepare presentations and proposals for potential clients - Assist in the negotiation and closing of business deals - Maintain accurate records of sales and business development activities

Requirements: - Resourceful and hardworking individual with a strong drive to succeed - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
