Business Development Associate

Job Description:

Penshoppe is currently seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Associate to join our team in Manila, NCR, Philippines. This part-time position is ideal for individuals who are energetic, independent, and looking to kickstart their career in business development. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities: - Research potential clients, markets, and industry trends - Assist in developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and profitability - Support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and closing deals - Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to clients and stakeholders - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives - Attend networking events and industry conferences to expand professional connections

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments - Excellent presentation skills - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
