Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to join our team at Meralco. This is a part-time remote position based in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth for the company.

Responsibilities: - Research and identify new business opportunities - Develop strategies to attract new clients and customers - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders - Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns - Analyze market trends and competitor activities - Prepare reports on sales performance and market trends - Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a related field - Resilient and adaptable personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of achieving sales targets - Ability to work independently and in a team - Innovative and critical thinking skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
