Business Development Associate - Work from home

Plentina is seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home in Caloocan, NCR, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in business development or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth for the company - Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners - Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform business development strategies - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives - Track and report on key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of business development efforts - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends to continually improve business development strategies

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Proven track record of success in business development or a related role - Strong communication and presentation skills - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Hardworking and resilient with a focus on achieving results - Emotional intelligence and strong problem-solving skills
