Assisting with container and equipment administration, reports, data verification and basic operational follow-up. Supporting cargo and documentation processes to ensure timely and accurate shipment handling. Assisting with booking requests, transport orders and operational requests in cooperation with internal departments and external service providers. Supporting communication with terminals, depots, forwarding companies and other logistics partners. Maintaining data accuracy in company systems and supporting document archiving activities. Providing administrative and operational support to Customer Service and Logistics teams. Learning shipping, container transportation and supply chain processes in an international environment.
