ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a hands-on AI Architect & Consultant who will design and build production-grade AI solutions for our clients using Microsoft Azure.

You will work on agentic systems, AI agents, MCP integrations and Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions. Our projects also include Machine Learning and forecasting, so practical experience in these areas is important.

We are looking for someone with a strong innovative mindset, high ownership and a bias toward action. Someone who actively explores new AI technologies, quickly validates ideas through prototypes and uses AI-powered development practices to accelerate delivery without compromising solution quality.

This role combines architecture, implementation, client consulting and presales.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Designing and building production-grade AI solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Developing AI agents, multi-agent systems, MCP integrations and RAG solutions.
• Integrating AI systems with APIs, databases, enterprise applications and data platforms.
• Building Machine Learning and forecasting solutions.
• Rapidly creating prototypes and Proofs of Concept to validate ideas and technical assumptions.
• Supporting projects from discovery and architecture through implementation and production deployment.
• Working directly with clients and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Supporting presales, including solution concepts, effort estimates and technical proposals.
• Using AI tools and automation to accelerate analysis, coding, testing, documentation and delivery.
• Introducing new technologies, engineering practices and reusable patterns into client projects and internal delivery processes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Hands-on experience in software engineering, AI, Machine Learning or data solutions.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLM-based applications and RAG.
• Understanding of AI agents, tool calling and agent orchestration.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning, including regression, classification and forecasting.
• Experience in designing and deploying production-grade cloud solutions.
• Ability to combine architecture work with hands-on implementation.
• Ability to move quickly from an idea to a working solution.
• Strong ownership, curiosity and willingness to experiment with emerging technologies.
• Practical experience using AI tools to improve engineering productivity and software delivery.
• Ability to balance rapid experimentation with security, maintainability and production quality.
• Good communication skills and experience working with technical and business stakeholders.
• Good command of English.
• Very good command of Polish.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric and data pipelines.
• Knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Search.
• Experience with Semantic Kernel or other AI orchestration frameworks.
• Previous experience in consulting, presales or technical workshops.
• Knowledge of MLOps, LLMOps and AI evaluation.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications.
