The ideal candidate

• Holds a degree in Education or Early Childhood Studies (mandatory)


• Proven experience teaching in Early Years/Foundation Stage, ideally in international or bilingual settings


• Strong knowledge of child development, play‑based learning, and early literacy/numeracy approaches


• Ability to create a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage children, parents, and colleagues


• Enthusiastic, creative, and adaptable, with a genuine passion for working with young learners Commitment to safeguarding, wellbeing, and holistic development of every child

Duration: 2 years

Salary Range: Up to 9500 PLN gross
