Job Description - E-commerce & Customer Data Management Specialist

Job Description

Role Purpose: Manage and optimize CRM databases to ensure data integrity, quality, and accessibility across Salesforce and E-commerce platforms. Provide expert support in data management, analysis, and reporting to drive business insights and decision-making.

Duration: 6-12 months temporary contract

Contract type: Cooperation based on B2B (preferred) 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage Salesforce and E-commerce databases, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and reliability through regular maintenance and optimization
  • Implement data security protocols and compliance measures to protect customer and business information
  • Lead system integration initiatives between CRM, E-commerce, and other business platforms to maintain seamless data flow
  • Create and maintain documentation while training users on data management best practices
  • Partner with analytics teams to develop reporting solutions that drive business insights
  • Optimize E-commerce performance through data-driven strategies and customer experience improvements
  • Collaborate across departments to implement effective database solutions that meet business objectives

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in CRM, e-commerce, digital marketing, marketing or related-fields
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving
  • Good time management and multitasking
  • Eagerness to learn and embrace new technologies
  • Interest in with digital tools and platforms
  • Teamwork and collaboration spirit 
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Fluent in Polish and upper-intermediate level of English 

Additional Information

Other information:

  • Required availability: 5 days a week
  • This role is open to current students (e.g. evening studies) or recent college/university graduate
