You’ve built strategies, managed complex projects, advised companies or led teams. Now you may be wondering what it would look like to build something of your own.

Startup Wise Guys is looking for experienced professionals who want to explore entrepreneurship, meet complementary co-founders and start building a scalable B2B company through The Founders Club.

This opportunity is particularly relevant for consultants, former consultants, operators, product leaders and senior professionals looking for a more entrepreneurial and creative next chapter.

Founders Club is a 12-week, part-time and fully online venture-building experience, designed to let you test entrepreneurship before making a major career transition.

Tasks

During the programme, you will:

• Identify and validate relevant B2B problems and opportunities.
• Meet potential co-founders and build a complementary founding team.
• Run customer discovery and test market demand.
• Define your business model and go-to-market strategy.
• Build and test an MVP or proof of concept.
• Develop the foundations of a scalable, investable startup.
• Work with founders, mentors and investors from the Startup Wise Guys ecosystem.

You can join with an existing idea or startup, but you don’t need to have one yet.

Requirements

We are particularly interested in professionals with 7+ years of experience in:

• Management consulting or strategy
• Business development and sales
• Product and technology
• Operations
• Finance
• Marketing and growth
• Industry-specific roles

You should be interested in entrepreneurship, comfortable solving ambiguous problems, and able to bring meaningful expertise to a potential founding team.

An MBA or MSc can be valuable, but practical experience and execution matter more.
