At Huuuge Games we make top grossing mobile games that bring people together through fun and social mobile gaming.
Become a part of an exciting adventure bringing fun & truly social experiences to millions of players around the world from our office in Warsaw.

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team on a 12-month contract. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations, focusing on coordinating key HR processes. You'll work closely with our Head of Talent and HR Business Partner, contributing to a positive and effective employee experience.

How will you make an impact with us? 

  • Provide comprehensive coordination and administrative support across key HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and offboarding.

  • Support the Head of Talent and HR Business Partner in daily HR operations and projects.

  • Manage and update HR systems (HRIS, ATS) to ensure smooth operation of performance management and engagement processes.

  • Maintain and improve our HR knowledge base on Confluence by organizing content and updating HR policy documentation.

  • Assist with HR project support through data collection, analysis, and presentation of findings.

  • Handle general HR administrative tasks and respond to manager inquiries, escalating complex issues where needed.

  • Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the HR function.

  • Ensure a positive employee experience by providing accurate and timely HR support.

Job requirements

This is the right job for you if you have:

  • Proven experience in an HR administrative or generalist role, with strong knowledge of HR processes.

  • Hands-on experience working with HRIS and ATS systems.

  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
