Job Description - KS1 Teacher - Warsaw, Poland - August 2026

We are seeking a KS1 Teacher to join a supportive and inspiring international school in Warsaw starting this August.  This is a fantastic chance to be part of a dynamic, multicultural environment and contribute to the growth and success of young learners.

The ideal candidate



  • Qualified teacher with a Bachelor’s degree in Education (Master’s preferred).

  • Strong classroom management skills and ability to foster a positive, engaging learning environment.

  • Passion for early years education and supporting the holistic development of young learners.

  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. Adaptability and creativity in lesson planning and delivery.

Location: Warsaw, Poland


Job type: Contract


Duration: 1 year (renewable)  


Salary range: Up to 11 000 PLN Gross


Benefits:   34-40 days of paid vacation per year, health insurance, organisational support, participation in staff training both internal and external, career development opportunities, and company social benefits fund.
