Here's what you will do: 

• Work on small projects or portions of larger projects supported by EC, with work being reviewed by senior or experienced engineers.
• Perform daily work under designer’s supervision, including geometric design of linear infrastructures (railways).
• Set standards and procedures for CAD and 3D works. 
• Deliver complex drawings in 2D and 3D along different stages of the design development
• Assign and coordinate tasks to other technical or administrative staff, mainly related to drafting or geometrical modelling.
• Train less experienced staff in preparation of drawing and graphic elements. 

Here's what we're looking for:

• Experience working on highway or railway designs, management of traffic, etc. (+2 years) and clear appetite to develop a technical career on that field.
• Work experience in geometrical design using at least one of the following software packages: InRoads, OpenRoads / OpenRail, Rail Track, Civil 3D, Geopak, 12d Model.
• Proficiency in CAD software (preferably AutoCAD and/or MicroStation).
• At least intermediate level of English (spoken and written).
• Bachelor or Master degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
