We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Shipping Coordinator to join our International Team. In this role, you will support day-to-day shipping and warehouse operations by managing documentation, coordinating vehicle loading and container movements, and maintaining clear communication with internal teams, warehouses, and external partners. You will work closely with the Shipping Manager to ensure accurate documentation, timely deliveries, and smooth export processes.
Over time, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to process improvements and operational optimization within the shipping workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and review shipping documentation for all destinations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with load requests.
Coordinate timely distribution of releases to ensure smooth container discharge and vehicle clearance.
Daily check of vehicles at warehouses and coordinate loading requests.
Track container loading and delivery timelines to ensure on-time execution.
Verify that delivered containers are returned empty to the port as required.
Maintain ongoing communication with warehouses, lounges, and agents to support daily operational needs.
Respond to inquiries and provide necessary information to internal and external partners.
Ensure warehouse documentation and vehicle photos are uploaded correctly.
Review delivery status to confirm invoices are paid, releases and titles are issued, and vehicles are marked as delivered accurately.
Desired Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or a related field is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills in English.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Proactive approach to follow-ups and warehouse communication.
Critical thinking.
Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital tools.
Willingness to learn and grow into a process optimization role.
