Signal Intelligence (SIGINT) Coordinator / Scripter

Position Summary:
Valbin Corporation is seeking a SIGINT Coordinator / Scripter to support NATO training exercises by providing signal intelligence expertise, scripting intelligence injects, and supporting intelligence coordination activities.
Valbin Corporation’s mission is to provide linguistic support, cultural sensitivity training, project management, and exercise support services to the US Government, NATO, and private sector. Based in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area, Valbin has an established and on-going partnership with the US Government through its GSA Schedule and the Valbin Mission Readiness Support Center.

Responsibilities:

• Develop SIGINT injects during exercise preparation phases
• Perform dynamic scripting during exercise execution
• Coordinate SIGINT reporting across intelligence teams
• Support intelligence collection cycle for training audiences
• Ensure intelligence outputs align with exercise objectives
• Assist in integration of SIGINT into overall intelligence picture

Requirements:

• Must be a citizen of a NATO member nation
• Must possess an active NATO SECRET clearance prior to start
• Minimum of 3 years experience in NATO, Joint, or Combined Staff
• Minimum of 5 years experience in intelligence operations or analysis
• Working knowledge of SIGINT processes and capabilities
• Experience using NATO Functional Area Systems (INTEL FS)
• Experience in intelligence collection, analysis, and reporting
• English proficiency at STANAG 6001 Level 3333 or equivalent

Hours of Operation: Training rotation based with ~35 days per year
