About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Tech Lead to guide a team of talented engineers in building scalable, maintainabl and modern backend systems. You will play a key role in shaping the architecture, mentoring team members, and delivering high-quality solutions using a serverless-first approach.

This position is ideal for a Senior Software Engineer or Software Architect with deep hands-on experience in TypeScript, AWS Lambda, and Node.js, and strong exposure to cloud-native development on AWS. Proficiency in Java is also important, as some components of our systems still run on JVM-based technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of backend systems using TypeScript, Node.js, and AWS Lambda.


• Architect and optimize serverless solutions using AWS services (API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, SNS/SQS, etc.).


• Guide the engineering team through technical challenges, ensuring best practices in code quality, performance, and security.


• Mentor team members, perform code reviews, and promote a culture of engineering excellence.


• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to deliver high-impact features.


• Ensure scalable, cost-effective cloud architecture aligned with business goals.


• Champion DevOps and CI/CD practices using AWS-native and third-party tools.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering.


• 3+ years in a technical leadership or architectural role.


• Expert-level skills in TypeScript and Node.js in production environments.


• Extensive experience with AWS Lambda and serverless architectures.


• Solid understanding of AWS services: DynamoDB, S3, API Gateway, IAM, Step Functions, etc.


• Proven experience with Java in real-world applications.


• Strong understanding of CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Serverless Framework, AWS CDK, or Terraform).


• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
