Your responsibilities

We are looking for to hire an HR & Legal Operations Specialist to make the employee journey even more engaging and smooth globally.

About the role:

Location: Warsaw, however it’s Ok to work remotely 1-2 times a week.

The position sits at the People team, yet to solve tons of issues coming from our teammates it requires constant collaboration with Recruiting, Finance, Legal, and Management teams, it won’t make you bored =) The role suits perfectly to one who plays nice with people, knows how to organize the work well, never misses the details, and is ready to deliver operational excellence every day.

In this role you will:

- deal with the operational side of HR activities (from first contracts to termination agreements and docs preparation for payroll)

- be responsible for time off tracking

- keep employee record being in charge of data accuracy

- ensure compensation change requests, promotion and transfers are processed timely through our HR system

- coordinate global internal mobility and relocation process making sure our team mates get a ‘white glove’ service

- co-create and maintain process descriptions as well as employee guides

- reply to HR inquiries coming from colleagues.

Our requirements

Skills and competencies:

- 2+ years of experience in HR or Personnel Administration or Legal

- knowledge of HR processes

- professional communication skills with unequalled people centered approach

- B2+ English level fluency

- B1+ Polish

- B2+ Belorussian Russian

- strong analytical and problem solving skills

- ability to work independently and multitask in a fast paced environment

- high attention to detail

- understanding how to work with confidential information

Nice to have:

- experience working with international teams where team members are in different locations and belong to different cultures

- proficiency in Google Suite
