As a Head of Marketing, you will be leading the development and execution of a marketing strategy for Ardigen - an AI-driven CRO delivering services supporting research projects in Biotechs & Pharmas.
You will be responsible for developing and managing broad-based B2B marketing programs, implementation, and results. You will manage marketing efforts for brand position and awareness by leading a small marketing team. Your role would be to implement successful marketing campaigns for Custom Services, Immunology, and Biomedical Imaging Business Units.
Key duties and responsibilities
Defining and executing the marketing and communication activities according to the marketing plan
Coordinating all marketing activities to generate MQLs
Collaborating with other teams to promote offerings
Informing clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies
Delivering the content marketing strategy across multiple channels
Managing the social media accounts creating relevant content
Leading business-to-business (B2B) marketing communications
Tracking and reporting on campaign performance. Managing KPIs to ensure marketing activities meet business targets
Ensuring all promotion materials produced are in line with the company strategy
Ensuring Ardigen's presence in events (podcasts, webinars, conferencesetc.)
Managing marketing budget accordingly
Requirements
10 + years of B2B marketing, and inbound lead generation experience
In-depth expertise in digital marketing strategies and as well as the ability to influence, lead and execute digital processes
MSc degree in marketing or a related field
Strong communication skills, ability to work with multiple stakeholders
Solid knowledge of digital marketing analytics tools
Excellent English – both verbal and written
Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in B2B marketing
Experience promoting products and services within the B2B sales environment
Interest in the areas of innovative technologies
Proven leadership skills
Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communications skills
