As a Head of Marketing, you will be leading the development and execution of a marketing strategy for Ardigen - an AI-driven CRO delivering services supporting research projects in Biotechs & Pharmas.

You will be responsible for developing and managing broad-based B2B marketing programs, implementation, and results. You will manage marketing efforts for brand position and awareness by leading a small marketing team. Your role would be to implement successful marketing campaigns for Custom Services, Immunology, and Biomedical Imaging Business Units.

Key duties and responsibilities

• Defining and executing the marketing and communication activities according to the marketing plan

• Coordinating all marketing activities to generate MQLs

• Collaborating with other teams to promote offerings

• Informing clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies

• Delivering the content marketing strategy across multiple channels

• Managing the social media accounts creating relevant content

• Leading business-to-business (B2B) marketing communications

• Tracking and reporting on campaign performance. Managing KPIs to ensure marketing activities meet business targets

• Ensuring all promotion materials produced are in line with the company strategy

• Ensuring Ardigen's presence in events (podcasts, webinars, conferencesetc.)

• Managing marketing budget accordingly

Requirements

• 10 + years of B2B marketing, and inbound lead generation experience 

• In-depth expertise in digital marketing strategies and as well as the ability to influence, lead and execute digital processes

• MSc degree in marketing or a related field

• Strong communication skills, ability to work with multiple stakeholders

• Solid knowledge of digital marketing analytics tools

• Excellent English – both verbal and written

• Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in B2B marketing

• Experience promoting products and services within the B2B sales environment

• Interest in the areas of innovative technologies

• Proven leadership skills

• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communications skills
