Junior Accountant

Miejsce pracy: Warszawa

Your responsibilities

• Accounting for bank statements
• Verification of travel and expenses reports
• Accounting for less complex purchase transactions/invoices
• Booking of manual journal entries prepared by the senior accountant and finance manager
• In cooperation with the credit controller - investigating overdue/unsettled amounts / matching invoices issued with credit notes
• Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles
• Audit financial transactions and document accounting control procedures
• Keep information confidential and secure them with random database backups
• Keep up with financial policies, regulation and legislation

Our requirements

• Graduates of accounting, economics and related fields
• Working experience about 0,5 year as an accountant or in a relevant field, would be an advantage
• Knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures
• Knowing at accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English
• Advanced MS Excel would be an advantage
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
