Role summary
Senior Finance Analyst is a newly created role based in Warsaw and will form an integral part of the finance team for Omnicom above.

You will provide accurate budgeting and timely monthly reporting for the client, ensure tight financial control over P&L & balance sheet accounts. You will have overview of both FM and Lease accounting. Plus, act as a business partner to support FM operations and procurement response to Omnicom finance team. On top of that, you will work in the client systems following Omnicom processes & controls.

What this job involves

• Prepare and present the monthly management accounts. Variance analysis
• Balance sheet management and reconciliations in line with Omnicom Group Policies
• Annual budget plan preparation and submission. Monthly reforecasting
• Month end preparation and review of journals
• Coordination of Accounts Payable processes
• Intercompany Invoicing
• Advise Cardinia Controllers on any risks highlighted through the preparation of the monthly management accounts
• Supporting transition to new markets

Desired skills and experience for this job

• English Language is essential
• 4 years of experience in similar finance roles
• Degree in Accounting and Finance
• Advanced in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Access/Power Pivot)
• Excellent organisational & interpersonal skills
• Proactive & methodical approach
