As a  Senior Product Manager,  you will join the Innovation Team Global Wealth Management Technology tasked with setting a vision for and delivering products against the core digital experience for our users across the entirety of the Wealth Management ecosystem. You will also act as a bridge between business and designers, analysts, and developers as well as will make decisions and manage the roadmap of a given product portfolio.

Your main responsibilities: owning long-term strategic vision of a product portfolio and executing it

• Building strong partnership with the business stakeholders to collect their needs, understanding value proposition and helping to drive strategic direction and investment decisions
• Owning development and communicating the long-term vision and goals that drive the working backwards strategies for a portfolio of products
• Understanding banking domain and competitive landscape
• Inspiring a culture of “test and learn” experimentation and innovation to solve core business and end customer needs in the platform product domain
• Leveraging customer research, feedback, competitive analysis, and industry trends to drive investment choices
• Being able to plan quantitative and qualitive data analysis to monitor product usage, set and make decisions based on business KPIs and UX metrics
• Making trade off decisions for product portfolio
• Owning requirements and managing the product portfolio roadmap
• Transforming business direction into working product
• Determining release goals for a product portfolio
• Appropriately assessing risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

•  5+ years of relevant experience in a product line management, and/or strategic planning role
• Significant experience building complex business and/or transactional models
• Experience in delivering high quality technology products/services in a high growth environment where priorities shift rapidly
• Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
• First-class leadership, interpersonal and influencing skills
