You will be responsible for: Defining priorities while contributing to the growth and visibility of the brand in the area of responsibility. Regularly monitoring the progress of sales targets and overdues. Directly manage a customer base of distributors and key accounts. Lead the development and commercial dynamics of the product range: testing, robust evaluation, synthesis, introduction and launch plans. Designing and implementing the product development plan. Providing regular and active field support to our customers. Follow-up with customers. Acquire in-depth knowledge of markets throughout Northern Europe: Potential by species, segments and competitive intelligence by country. Understanding distribution channels and decision-making methods. Propose and implement a sales and development strategy and short and medium-term communication strategy in line with the company's business plan. Propose and monitor sales budgets in line with the 5-year strategic plan. Actively contribute to the production launch process in line with pre-established budgets. Defining, monitoring and analysing annual OPEX and CAPEX budgets. Drawing up and implementing account plans. Managing and updating sales forecasts and the CRM. Carrying out regular reporting, analysing variances and proposing corrective action plans. Managing customer complaints. Maintaining a permanent link with our customer service department. Contributing actively to internal meetingsliaising with cross-functional departments (Marketing, Supply, Research). Carrying out competitive intelligence. #J-18808-Ljbffr
