Responsibilities: As our Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our marketing strategy and content creation. Your responsibilities will include: Creating engaging content, including web copy, social media posts, blog articles, case studies, video scripts and more. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure content aligns with our brand, SEO strategies, and audience engagement goals. Content planning and management, creating a publication calendar that addresses client needs and industry trends. Coordinating with subject matter experts and team members to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms. Employing voice-of-customer data to refine messaging and enhance marketing content. Designing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns, both online and offline, including campaign management, design, automation, and reporting. Developing sales support materials. Creating operational plans to implement the strategy. Measuring and reporting on all aspects of marketing activities- marketing automation. Marketing in terms of execution and reporting. Leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance B2B marketing strategies, personalizing customer experiences, and optimizing campaign performance. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in marketing content development, preferably within B2B High Tech sectors. Familiarity with tools such as semrush, neuronwriter, wordpress, veed.io, mautic, google analytics or similar. Experience in utilizing AI-based tools for marketing purposes, including content generation, data analysis, and customer insight gathering. Basic knowledge of Python and experience with tools like Jupyter notebooks for data analysis and automation tasks. Proficiency in B2B technology marketing campaigns with a track record of success. A strong background in article writing, content editing, and blogging. Knowledge of marketing principles, target segmentation, value proposition, positioning, and brand strategy. Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills. Strong collaboration and project management skills. Exceptional communication skills, including copywriting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish.
