Collecting due receivables from portfolio of customers with higher difficulty Negotiating and building long term business relationships with customers Customer account maintenance activities e.g. write offs, reconciliation, discount application Working with prioritization list to contact customers in order to maximize cash collected and reduction of old debt Phone and email contact with customers with focus on phone communication Supporting other colleagues in addressing difficult cases Cooperating closely with other teams in order to resolve customer issues (customer service, sales, finance managers) Reporting and forecasting debt aging, open credits, forecasted cash collected Supporting Training Team in performing training and quality activities Proactively search and present ideas of possible process improvements simplifications in the process to improve efficiency and quality of service What we expect from you: Fluent German and English, both in speaking and writing C1 Competent use of Microsoft Office package (Excel proficiency would be an asset) Knowledge of SAP would be considered an asset Availability to work in a 50/50 hybrid mode in Warsaw office Minimum 1 year of experience in Cash Collection role or Customer Service Knowledge in handling strategic customers Practice in order release Expert in handling disputes and resolving them until closure Ability to cooperate with different stakeholders Resilient to stress ABOUT US: Accenture is a global professional services company with leading capabilities in digital, cloud and security.
