Collections Support Associate

with English

What will you do:

• Building and maintaining strong relationship with customers to ensure timely cash collection.
• Managing collections related activities based on fiscal calendar requirements.
• Timely escalation of most delicate matters to necessary stakeholders.
• Managing complaints and processing corrections related to issued invoices on timely manner.
• Order management based on customer payment performance.

What we expect:

• Good communicative knowledge of English C1 and Polish Native languages
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsibility, accuracy ability to work analytically in a problem solving environment
• Very good knowledge of MS Office environment mainly MS Excel
• Preferably experience in customer service order to cash
• Availability to attend the office 2-3 times per week (hybrid 50x50)
