For one of our client, we are currently looking for Candidates for the role of:

Position: Global HRIS Analyst
Location: Warsaw (hybrid work model)

ROLE:

• Managing selected projects including their risks and deadlines.
• Working to gather business requirements that are later to be implemented in SAP SuccessFactors in collaborating with the rest of HR and other business stakeholders.
• Implementing new functionality by either improving existing processes or perhaps introduce system support for new processes altogether by utilizing HR technology.
• Managing the full end-to-end implementation, test phases as well as any training as required.
• Working with Local HR teams and Global IT organization as the main stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, human resource management, information systems, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR-related systems administration, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel are essential.
• Proficiency in English (spoken & written).
