The role: As a Head of HR you will provide leadership and support to the function’s and/or department’s leaders on all aspects of People (HR) function initiatives including strategy, growth, succession planning, performance management, leadership development, total rewards planning, Team Member Relations, and organizational effectiveness. You will lead market talent management strategy for departments across Poland ensuring career and development paths are mapped for critical positions. In this role you will report to VP People with dotted line to GBS Site Leader. You will be a part of the GBS Senior Management Team and a line manager for the local people team of 8 direct reports.  Accountabilities of the role will include:  Coaching of the local senior leadership Enable a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategy & mindset in terms of leadership approach to all team member touchpoints Strategic transformational partner to the site leader and SMT External trends & best practices sharing TMX – ensure cohesive approach to the team member experience in Poland Together with L&D, provides input into competency and skill gap development for GBS function. Contribute to unique market nuances related to talent acquisition, total rewards, retention and development. Operate as a strategic change leader ensuring we realize the people side of the benefit is achieved. Maintain oversight of HR Delivery, Operations and Service teams programs & solutions to Poland. Create people strategies to support new business/process models and/or evolving business capabilities. Oversights HR policies, labor law regulations and employment processes. Additionally, you would help provide strategic input into enterprise HR Programs based on internal and external talent and HR trends in partnership with global People Team as well as input into the milestones and cadence for leaders & partners accomplishing Core HR Programs in partnership with international People Team. You will be a strategic liaison to HR Global departments (Total Rewards; People Operations; Organization Effectiveness, Learning and Development, Talent Development, Employee Experience) and contribute to development & delivery of the DE&I strategy in partnership across international & with QRG but operationalized following Polish nuances Who are we looking for? To be successful in this role you will have exposure to: Lead complex change in Poland & across main departments i.e. Software Development; in GBS/Shared Service Transformation Lead across & delivering within a global/international matrix organization Build & delivery of in country people strategy according to global structures Use data insights to inform people strategy and metrics Executive level leadership and coaching Cost management of the local people's budget HR strategic consultancy within Shared Services environment Manage through complexity and deploy change Labor law experience in Shared Services environment On a personal level you need to be an effective & confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills and highly influencing capability.
