Regional Head of Sales- Central Europe (Must Have Drinks Industry Experience)Country Launch in Germany, Austria, Slovenia, Slovakia, Switzerland and Poland.This role reports into the European Sales Director.We are working exclusively with our clients who are one of the world’s fastest growing drinks beverage companies.The ideal candidate can be located anywhere within Central Europe and be fluent in English. There will also be the requirement to travel across Central Europe to meet distributors & retailers.Purpose of the Job:This role involves bring on-board top national distributors within Central Europe. A strong focus on the Strategic Business Plan and KPIs where Distribution penetration by channels and retailers along with ROS and Revenues will be vital in an sustainable way through understanding the country, the channels and retailers via a Value Chain.Responsibilities:Regularly meeting with each country distributor within Central Europe to ensure the KPI goals are achieved.Provide strategic input in conjunction with other senior stakeholders to create annual plans, win business which is profitable & sustainable which are signed off annually by both European sales Director & the Distributor.Working with the Distributor or in conjunction with them to win key new business of National Retailers & RTMs across the multi-channels which delivers, distribution, ROS & profitable revenues.Weekly sales out data making sure this is received and reviewed and acting on any points needs raising.Monthly reporting on key indicators to the sales Director to summaries the KPIs pointsSales, Revenue, Company Investment, Distribution Penetration, ROS, RSP's – Budget Vs ActualsQuarterly reviews with the Distributors to review performanceBusiness Development:Drive a plan to win & ‘on board’ key customers with the Distributor in a structured way where each has a signed contract clearing laying out obligations on both side, commercials, how allowances are broken-down, annual activation calendar.Creating a contact grid for each customer covering Purchase, Operations, Finance, Logistics & warehouse.Monthly re-forecasting by SKU/s, customer & channel to ensure there is full availability of stock to existing & new customers in conjunction with Distributor & company Supply chain to confirm all POs and productions.This role is home and field based.
