• participation in recruitment processes, starting from compilation of company needs, choosing the right recruitment tools and channels, conducting interviews, and finally providing an offer tothe selected person,
• developing and implementing effective onboarding programs for new employees,
• building brand reputation and promotion of BLIK as an attractive place of employment,
• participation in preparation of training and development plans in alignment with the organization's goals,
• coordination and organization of trainings, workshops and other forms of professional development,
• participation in projects aiming toimprove HR processes,
• suggestion of changes in order toincrease the efficiency of the organization's operations,
• monitoring labor market trends and introducing HR innovations,

Purposes of processing and the legal basis for processing

The purpose of processing your data is:

• conducting the recruitment process by the data Controller,

The legal basis for processing your personal data is:

• the legal provision - tothe extent specified by the Labour Code,
• your consent - only if it is on alegally permitted basis and tothe extent that is not covered by the Labour Code.

The Controller will store your personal data until the recruitment process is completed or until you withdraw your consent tothe processing of personal data.

If you consent tothe processing of personal data for the purposes of future recruitment processes, the Controller will store your data until your consent is withdrawn or for aperiod of 1 year from the date of providing your data in your CV or cover letter toPSP.

The Controller will transfer your personal data toentities processing data on behalf of the Controller as part of services related tothe recruitment of employees or the provision of IT systems for recruitment purposes - such entities process personal data on the basis of acontract with the Controller and only in accordance with the Controller’s instructions.

The Controller will not transfer your personal data toother entities. The Controller will also transfer your personal data toentities cooperating with PSP in supporting the employment administration process, i.e. InCorpore sp. zo.o. in Warsaw in order tomanage your employee files and perform the employment contract, including settlements of remuneration, social security benefits and taxes related toemployment, on the basis of aconcluded HR service contract.

Rights of the data subject

You have the right toaccess your data and the right torequest rectification, deletion or limitation of processing.

To the extent that the basis for the processing of your personal data is consent, you have:

• the right towithdraw consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before its withdrawal, as well as
• the right totransfer your personal data, i.e. toreceive from the Controller your personal data in astructured, commonly used and machine-readable format. You can send this data toanother data controller.

You also have the right tolodge acomplaint with the supervisory body dealing with the protection of personal data.

Information on the obligation toprovide data and the consequences of not providing it

The obligation toprovide personal data is astatutory requirement tothe extent specified in the provisions of the Labour Code (Article 221 §1 of the Labour Code). Without providing this data, you cannot take part in the recruitment process.
