For one of our client, we are currently looking for Candidates for the role of:

Position: HRIS Payroll Analyst
Location: Warsaw (hybrid work model)

ROLE:

Support the implementation of new payroll integrations by defining business requirements, ensuring adherence to a global template and IT standards.

Map values from SAP SuccessFactors to the local payroll system.

Analyze and compare data, preparing the organization for implementation.

Assist in the rollout and maintenance of the SAP SuccessFactors system, serving as the point-of-contact for functional areas within the Human Resource teams globally.

Support the rollout and maintenance of multiple payroll integrations.

Troubleshoot payroll integration and HRIS issues by researching and identifying the root causes of data problems.

Participate in testing SuccessFactors system releases and identifying potential impacts on payroll integrations.

Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree in business, human resource management, information technology, or a related field is essential.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR-related systems administration (preferably SAP SuccessFactors), payroll processing, functional support, and enhancement development.

Proficient in standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the Human Resources field, including Payroll, Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits, Performance Management, and Training.

Proficient level of English (spoken & written).

Advanced skills in MS Excel.
