In this position the Job Holder is responsible for sales support activities to achieve the agreed sales, bookings, gross profit and strategic targets for the agreed product lines and services within isolation valves industry. Actively support in day-to-day business for Outside Sales Engineers within the sales territory (Poland, Batiks & Ukraine). In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Identify customer needs and understand technical requirements, collaborate closely with customers, sales teams, factories, internal departments or sub-suppliers (as needed) in order to provide the best solution. Size and configure the products according to the requirements such as specifications, application fit, documentation, testing requirements, target lead-time and budget. Contact customers (via email, digital platforms and or phone) and collaborate with Outside Sales Account owners to engineer and understand customer requirements and sales strategy. Ensure that incoming orders align accurately and in compliance with technical and commercial terms offered. In case there are differences, carry out a clarification and reconciliation process.  Adhere to the company's applicable procedures, particularly those relating to preparing offers and orders, as well as Delegation of Authority and Power of Attorney rules. Accurately monitor and document all transactions per the company's Trade Compliance procedures and report any issues or queries to the Manager. Who You Are: You keep in touch with customers. You stay aligned with your goals and stay productive. You focus on priorities and set stretch goals. You solicit both input and discussion. For This Role, You Will Need:  University degree in Engineering.  0-3 years of relevant experience in a technical position.  Good understanding of technical applications, technical drawing, and materials science.   Advanced in English language (spoken and written).
