Country: Poland Location: Kolejowa 24, Ropczyce 39-100, Poland Carrier Fire & Security EMEA is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to support their Portable Fire Extinguisher business unit. The purpose of the role is to grow & develop business with large distributors and service companies across Europe. Key Responsibilities: Communicate with new potential and existing customers, Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches, Provide sales projections, forecasts and reports, Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects of current and potential customers. Enter new customer data and update changes to existing, Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions to support customer knowledge and engagement with our products and services, Assist in creating RFP responses to potential customers or ongoing existing customers, Where necessary, support marketing efforts and potentially attend trade shows, exhibits, and other events, Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports. Keep up with product and service information and updates. Stay informed about competing products and services. Liaison between all departments within including order entry, production, delivery, field service, RMA’s/repair, billing. Required Qualifications High school diploma and a few years of customer service, sales support, marketing, and/or sales experience some experience with Salesforce or other CRM Valid Driver’s license Experience with product & pricing management Diversified sales support in a technology field Strong analytical and logical thinking skills along with judgment to make strategic decisions Ability to build relationships internally and externally Carrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
