Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the preparation and implementation of the regional marketing plan as per the marketing strategy for dedicated Product Group (PG) or Area (A); in order to maximize ROI and meet sales objectives. To actively s u pport and lead the t acti c al ex e cu t ion of the Re g ional ma r ke t ing strategy across dedicated PG/A. To work wi t h t he Regional Marke t ing L eader, Commercial Leaders, SBUs (MDMs), EMEA, Clinical Educators, Product Specialists and other key comme r cial s takeholders to deliver marketing campaigns a cross the r e gion, driving sales to achieve set budgets utili z ing budget e d spend l e ve l s.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supports the Re g ional Ma r ke t ing/Commercial Le ad e r in d e vel o ping r egional marke t i ng strategies and p l ans for dedicated PG/A; in partnership with key c o mm e r cial and clinical education st a keholders
    • Leads and manages a dedicated team of Marketing Coordinators/Marketing Specialists
    • Regional/Country Strategic Marketing Playbook (+related information) preparation, communication and execution for new product launches
    • PG/A level marketing communications planning and execution
    • Set up and execut i on of regional and country m ar k eti n g plans for PG/A working closely wi t h the Regional M a rketing/CE Le a der and MDM from the respective SBU and/or EMEA structure:
      • Use of global infrastru c tu r e ( w eb, bra n ding, collate r al) in t he loc a l m ark e ts to exe c ute in ma r ket strate g y
      • Creation of local and c ountry specific content / a c t ivities seeking a greement fr o m SBU/EMEA via the Re g ional Ma r ke t ing/Commercial Le ad er
      • U t ilize t he r e gion and countries CRM system to build t arge t ed c a mpaigns to s upport country plans
      • Commu n i cate t o customers re g arding updates, new produc t s et c . as agreed with the Regional
    • Marketing/ Commercial Lea d er

      • Support t he t raining of sa l es team t o e n sure requi r ed k nowledge is k nown – i ncluding, but n o t limited to, product information, produ c t positi o ning vs competi t ors
      • Sales T e am support - product knowl e dge and Dual calling to understand the n e eds of t he sa l es team and customers
      • To be an act i ve part of a project team f or even t s
    • Collection and analysis of customer data/market research and identification of regional market requirements for current and future products
    • Competencies and Key Skills and Experience:

      • Previous marketing experience required, with a demonstrated record of success. Sales/marketing experience in a healthcare company is a plus.
      • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent professional qualification
      • Analytical, planning, organisational and implementation experience working within marketing
      • Ideally some experience in a field sales capacity
      • Strong command of Microsoft Office and Internet applications
      • All actions and reporting of marketing activities are executed and communicated effectively and in a timely fashion
      • Ability to deliver against plans
      • Ability to utilize multiple marketing channel approach
      • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and presentation
      • Professional with proven ability to build appropriate relationships with internal and external key stakeholders
      • Self-motivated, conscientious with a desire to exceed
      • Displays initiative and enthusiasm for their role and company
      • Confident and articulate
      • Computer literate – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, CRM etc.
      • Strong results orientation and analytical skills
      • Excellent project management, planning, and implementation skills
      • Ability to convert marketing plans to action
      • Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activity to identify market opportunities
      • Demonstrated record of effective collaboration with field sales
      • Actively articulates and promotes DENTSPLY’s vision and direction
      • Values driven with an insistence on excellence
      • Promotes high performance, innovation, and continual improvement
      • Consistently meets Company standards, ethics, and compliance requirements.
      • Excellent business standard of English required
