The scope of your responsibilities: Development and implementation of marketing strategy  Optimizing marketing activities, including advertising campaigns, content marketing, social media and others. Analyzing marketing data and monitoring results of activities to continuously improve strategies. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to better understand customer needs and market challenges. Work with the sales team and other company departments to effectively promote services. What do we require from you? Experience working as a Marketing Specialist or similar position Graduate in marketing, management or similar. English at least at B2 level Experience in building consistent marketing communications and developing brand image in a business environment. Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques - from SEO, to PPC, to social media marketing and content marketing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creativity in generating new ideas and marketing strategies. Knowledge of market trends and ability to adapt strategies to changing conditions. Very good knowledge of the social media area and its technical support. Focus on quality, detail and high content of published content. Experience in finding out-of-the-box solutions and activities to promote services in a business environment. Ability to lead a team and motivate to achieve goals.
