Qualifications:We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join Boeing Poland, based in the Warsaw Institute of Aviation.
As a Receptionist/Administration Assistant at Boeing Poland, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and efficient front of house environment. In addition to the general administrative responsibilities, you will be responsible for managing the reception area, greeting visitors, and providing administrative support to various departments. As the first point of contact, you will create a welcoming front of house environment, greet visitors, and provide administrative support. Your responsibilities will include managing the reception area, handling documents, scheduling appointments, assisting with communication, supporting various departments, coordinating events, and managing expenses.

Position Responsibilities:
This requisition is for a locally hired position in Poland. Candidates must have current legal authorization to live and work in Poland. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S. based payroll.

The selected candidate will be required to work 100% onsite at one of the listed locations.
